RSA is excited to announce that they have been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification, an internationally recognized standard that ensures their products and services meet or exceed the needs of clients through an effective quality management system (QMS).

For over 25-years, we have been supporting the oncology community through responsive, personable, and proactive maintenance of radiotherapy equipment used in the treatment of cancer patients. As part of our commitment, we elected to establish a QMS and have it independently certified in alignment with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The objective of our QMS is to deliver quality goods and services in a controlled, process-driven, and measurable system with a relentless focus on continuous improvement.
To become ISO 9001:2015 compliant, RSA underwent an extensive company-wide audit performed by Advantage International Registrar, an ANAB accredited certifying body.
We are committed to our clients and their patients above everything else – Patient Focused. Quality Driven. We are continually evaluating performance to ensure that our QMS is delivering the results that our clients need and promoting a culture of continual improvement. Together, we are having a lasting and positive impact on the linac service community.
